How delivery works
Because every order starts with a conversation, we confirm the delivery method, cost and estimated arrival with you before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Timelines
Most pieces ship within a few business days. Hemmed jeans may take a little longer. We'll tell you the expected timeline when we confirm your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your location and chosen delivery speed, and are shown in your order link before you pay.
International orders
Outside the US? Get in touch. Where we can ship to your country, we'll confirm options and costs. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are usually paid by the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
Wrong size? Email hello@fabricfare.com with your name and order details, and we'll arrange an exchange for unworn pieces with their tags on. Hemmed jeans are altered to your measurements, so they may not be returnable unless faulty. We'll always confirm this before hemming.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us straight away and we'll resolve it with you and the carrier.
