About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Fabricfare website or order from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm stock, size and price, and email you an order link.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. We set one fair price and don't run fake sales. Prices may change if our real costs change, and cost breakdowns shown on the site are illustrative unless we send you one for a specific product.
Patchwork pieces
Zero-waste patchwork pieces are made from offcuts, so each one is unique. Photos show an example, and we'll send pictures of the actual piece before you order.
Free hemming
Jeans are hemmed free of charge to the measurements you give us, as described on our About page.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.
Our content
Fabricfare designs, logos and text belong to Fabricfare. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence. Content may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
